Indicates if test is signed

Date and time of signature if test is signed. When supplied in a request, this can include time zone information. e.g. 2016-12-17T10:00:00Z (UTC) or 2016-12-17T05:00:00-05:00 (EST). If no time zone info is present (e.g. 2016-12-17 10:00), the date/time will be assumed to be in the time zone of the organization. Values returned in responses are always in the time zone of the organization.

ID (NPI) of provider signing this test.

External UserID or UserName of user that signed the test. Must match a UserName in one of the Providers listed in this order. For backward compatibility. Should use SigningProviderLastName, SigningProviderFirstName, SigningProviderCredentials, and SigningProviderID instead.

Future scheduled date for this test. The ScheduledDate should only be provided at the Test level when using Initiate Order to create orders and splitting tests out to separate orders based on different ScheduledDates is desired. If the entire order (all tests) has a future ScheduledDate, that date should be specified in the ScheduledDate field at the order level and not at the Test level.
